Do I need a license per display?

One license applies per player. For tablets and displays up to 15 inches the Rooms license is intended.

How do Classic and Professional differ?

Classic fully covers content creation, scheduling and playback. Professional adds integrations such as APIs, databases, Active Directory, touch, room booking, statistics and cosAI.

What is the Rooms license for?

The Rooms license offers the Professional feature set for tablets and small displays up to 15 inches – ideal for room booking and door signs.

Which social media channels are supported?

The Professional and Rooms licenses include 5 freely selectable social media channels. Supported channels include Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, X and YouTube. Many more channels can be integrated.

Which standard RSS feeds are included?

Tagesschau is already included in Classic. Further standard news sources such as SPIEGEL Online, ZDFheute and FAZ.net are available from Professional and Rooms.

Is TV & streaming already included in Classic?

TV & streaming is available in Classic already.

What is cosAI?

cosAI is the AI for connectSignage and is included in the Professional and Rooms licenses. Each account has 500,000 tokens available.
